Key conditions: the studio must not cover more than 50% of your garden, must be single storey, and must not be used as a separate dwelling. How long does it take to build a garden room?

From confirmed order to completion, most standard garden rooms take 2-8 weeks on site. The design and quotation process takes 2-3 weeks beforehand. We'll give you a firm programme at the start so you can play around it.

How much does a garden room cost in Nottingham?

Our garden rooms start from around £10,000 for a smaller 2.4m x 2.4m insulated room and can reach £50,000+ for large, premium designs with bespoke features. We'll give an estimated price quote after your free visit. A detailed, fixed-price quote will be provided along with the design stage.

Absolutely. All our garden rooms are fully insulated specifically 100mm for walls, floor, and 150mm for roof, with double or triple glazed windows and doors as standard. Combined with your chosen heating solution, they're genuinely comfortable in Nottingham winters.

Do you include electrics and broadband connection?

Yes. We offer a full electrical fit-out as an optional add-on, including sockets, lighting, consumer unit, and armoured cable connection to your property. We can also pre-route for broadband and advise on the best connectivity options for your garden office.
